Welcome to www.solastajewellery.com ("Website"), operated by M/s Solasta Jewellery, a partnership firm registered in Surat, Gujarat, India ("Solasta", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and all products and services offered by Solasta.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Website or making any purchase.

1. Services Offered
Solasta offers the following services through its Website:

·        Solasta is engaged in maintaining and operating an online platform that seeks to provide an agile digital system deploying virtual inventory and a flexible supply structure to optimise product availability and customisation.

·        Online e-commerce platform for purchasing gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery;

·        Design customisation services for made-to-order pieces;

·        Personalised consultations to assist with product selection;

·        Educational content to guide customers through the jewellery buying process.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Website.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Website, you may need to register for an account. By registering on the Website, you also consent to receive transactional and promotional communication via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other electronic channels, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to:

·        Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration;

·        Not disclose your login credentials to any third party;

·        Be responsible for all activities under your account;

·        Authorise Solasta to store and use your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate access, or deny service at our sole discretion if we believe any information provided is false, incomplete, or violates our Terms.

4. Product Information
Most jewellery sold on Solasta is made-to-order based on customer-selected size, purity, and design. However, certain pieces may be available as ready-to-ship, including designs from our existing collection or in-house catalogue that may be offered with limited customisation options. Product images, descriptions, weights, and specifications are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery, screen resolution, and photography.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product listings, pricing, or descriptions at any time.

5. Pricing & Payments

·        All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and do not include applicable GST, which will be added at checkout.

·        Prices may fluctuate based on prevailing gold and diamond rates.

·        Any variation in final gold weight will be charged or refunded accordingly before dispatch.

·        Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers.

·        We use secure third-party payment gateways. Solasta is not liable for payment failures or breaches at the gateway’s end.

6. Orders & Cancellations

·        Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A cancellation fee may apply.

·        Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

·        Most Solasta jewellery is made-to-order. Once production has started, no cancellations are allowed, including for customised, engraved, or personalised pieces. Ready-to-ship pieces, where available, may be eligible for cancellation if not yet dispatched.

·        Solasta reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to: inability to obtain payment authorization, shipping restrictions, quality control concerns, inventory issues, or pricing or content errors. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction for any reason and deny service to any individual at any time without prior notice. In such cases, our sole obligation is to refund the amount paid for the item, and we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising therefrom.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return Policy: As most of our jewellery is crafted on order—whether from our design catalogue or customised to customer requirements—we do not accept returns, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery. If a size issue arises, we may offer complimentary resizing or alteration where technically feasible. This service is subject to product eligibility and evaluation by our team. Any applicable logistics or additional material costs may be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy (One-Time, Lifetime Validity):
We offer a lifetime, one-time exchange on Solasta jewellery valued up to ₹3,00,000 under the following terms:

·        100% of prevailing gold value and 80% of prevailing lab-grown diamond value will be credited.

·        The exchange value will be calculated based on the current metal and diamond value, excluding making charges, discounts, taxes, shipping, engraving, and customisation charges.

·        The product must be in original condition and accompanied by the original invoice, product certificate (if any), and valid government ID proof.

·        Only one exchange per product is permitted. The exchanged item is not eligible for further exchange.

·        Exchange is subject to inspection. Items that are damaged, altered, or heavily customised may be rejected.

·        Life-Time Exchange is not applicable to orders shipped outside India.

·        Customers must ensure safe packaging when sending products to us for exchange.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. After this, no cancellations or modifications are permitted.

8. Shipping & Delivery

·        All orders are shipped fully insured via reputed courier partners.

·        Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

·        Title and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.

·        We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

·        If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we request that you do not accept it and notify us immediately.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including but not limited to product renders, images, logos, designs, text, videos, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Solasta Jewellery and/or its licensors. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in India and internationally.

You may electronically copy or print limited portions of the Website solely for personal, non-commercial use, such as placing an order or sharing product details for personal consideration. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, display, or exploitation of our content for commercial purposes — is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Solasta reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of unauthorized use or infringement.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Solasta makes every effort to provide accurate product information. However, we do not warrant or guarantee that any content, information, product details, descriptions, or images on the Website are entirely accurate, current, complete, reliable, or error‑free. All content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non‑infringement, or title).

Product images and descriptions may vary slightly from the actual products due to factors like photography, lighting, screen resolution, or handmade variations. In case of any discrepancy, the physical product delivered will govern, and Solasta will not be held liable for such differences.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Solasta nor its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or service providers will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, business interruption, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or purchase of products—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
