We want every Solasta experience to feel special and stress-free, so here’s everything you need to know — transparently, respectfully, and always with your comfort in mind.

Our pieces aren’t pulled off a shelf — they’re brought to life upon order. That’s why, in most cases, returns are not possible. However, if there’s any concern with the piece you’ve received — especially in the rare case of a manufacturing defect — we’re here for you. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you promptly.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or need a minor fit adjustment, we’re happy to help with resizing or alteration, wherever technically feasible. This service may involve additional material or logistics costs, depending on the piece, but our team will guide you through the process with full clarity.

Our Shipping Timelines

Every Solasta piece is handcrafted with care and attention. Our estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Made-to-order jewellery typically ships within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
  • We currently offer complimentary insured shipping across India via trusted logistics partners.

Should you need your piece sooner for a special occasion, feel free to write to us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

A Gentle Reminder at Delivery

To ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, we recommend taking a quick photo or video of the sealed package before accepting delivery. It helps us act swiftly in case something appears tampered during transit. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out right away — we’re only a message away.

An Open-Ended Promise

We understand that preferences evolve, and so do your occasions and styles. That’s why we offer a lifetime exchange on Solasta jewellery — no deadlines, no pressure. When you're ready to choose something new, your existing Solasta piece will be welcomed back with care.

Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll receive the current market value of gold (100%) and lab-grown diamonds (80%) at the time of exchange.
  • We will credit this amount toward your next Solasta purchase.
  • Our team will assist you in selecting something you’ll love just as much — or more.

Note: Making charges, taxes, discounts, engraving, and customisation costs from your original order won’t be factored into the exchange value, as those are one-time charges that go into crafting your bespoke piece.

A Few Thoughtful Considerations

To keep this experience smooth for everyone, we ask that:

  • The jewellery is in its original condition, with the invoice and certificate (if any) included.
  • The piece has not been altered, resized, or repaired outside Solasta.
  • The exchange is requested only once per product (as exchanged items cannot be exchanged again).
  • The exchange is requested from within India.
  • Heavily customised designs, or pieces with missing components or damage, may not be eligible — but we’ll always assess these gently and fairly.

For all exchanges, we request that you use our authorised logistics partner, so your jewellery is securely shipped and fully insured. Our team will:

  • Schedule the pickup at your convenience
  • Share safe packing instructions
  • Stay in touch throughout the process
