What can I customise?

Anything — from engagement rings and necklaces to everyday icons or statement pieces. You can start from a reference, a loose idea, or even a feeling.

Do I need a design in mind to begin?

Not at all. Share your inspiration — a photo, a story, a sketch, or just a mood — and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Can I customise both gold and diamonds?

Yes, you can select the gold colour and karat (14K or 18K), as well as your preferred diamond specifications, depending on your design and budget.

How long does the process take?

Typically 7–14 days from design finalisation to dispatch. If you're working with a tight timeline, do let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I see the piece before it's made?

Yes — we share CAD renders for your approval before we begin production. You’ll be part of every key step in the process.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes — we can add a personal message, date, or name on most pieces. Just let us know what you have in mind.

Do customised pieces come with certification?

Yes. All diamonds above 1 ct come with IGI certification and laser inscription. Our jewellery is crafted in BIS hallmarked gold.

Can I gift a customised piece?

Absolutely. Let us know if it’s a gift — we can guide you through design options and offer beautiful gift-ready packaging too.
